The brand app, with the Group Link SDK, generates entry, dwell time and exit events when the customer crosses those areas, and the webhook delivers everything to your CRM the moment it happens.

With this flow, questions that used to rely on samples and surveys become continuous metrics: return rate per store, average time inside the location, campaign effect on visits, conversion of storefront into entry. And because the data is born anonymous and aggregated by H3 cell, the market reading never exposes any individual.
