How it works: each pickup and delivery point receives an anchor (a GL Station or the recipient own POS), and the courier device, with the SDK, generates arrival, dwell time and exit events automatically, without a single tap on the screen.
These events reach your control tower via webhook and become milestones of the operation: arrival SLA measured for real, waiting time per point, proof of presence at delivery. Continuous GPS tracking, expensive on battery and noisy, is no longer needed to answer what matters.
